Stack3d Certified: Ghost Whey comes through with 1% more protein

ghost whey

Today we have yet another supplement that’s passed our Stack3d Certified spike free protein program. The brand that decided to take the challenge was the still very new Ghost with its extremely transparent protein powder Ghost Whey. Not only did the brand’s formula pass the test, but it passed with flying colors in the protein total department.

You can see all the results from our Ghost Whey Stack3d Certified test below, where firstly you’ll see that the product doesn’t have any added free form amino acids or creatine. Those are of course what’s usually used to spike a protein powder and increase its protein total in place of actual protein. Basically the fact that Ghost Whey has none of that means that all of its protein comes from the sources listed on its label, whey isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed whey.

Secondly and this is where Ghost Whey impresses the most, is that you’ll see in our lab results below that the supplement tested with a total of 25.3g of protein per serving. That’s over 1% more than what the brand promises on its label, getting you almost 8g of extra protein per tub. That is also Ghost Whey’s as is result and not dry basis, which is where a moisture percentage is tested and factored in and makes a total protein result look a little higher.

Lab results can be found here.
