Core Whey launched in 2 flavors with previews of at least 2 more

It’s been a very long time since we’ve seen anything new from HIT Supplements, in fact the last time we posted about the brand was at the end of last year when it released its Built Pre-Workout. That silence has finally been broken this month with the reveal and release of a new protein powder from HIT called Core Whey.

Much like one of the brand’s other protein products, Core Athlete, the new HIT Core Whey is a grass-fed whey formula made up of three protein sources. Each serving of the supplement packs 20g of protein from a blend of whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzed whey, a rather high 10g of carbohydrates (2g sugar, 1g fiber), 2.5g of fat (1.5g saturated), and a total of 140 calories.

Those numbers mentioned are all based on Core Whey’s Chocolate Shake option, and do pretty much stay the same for its other flavor available, Vanilla Shake. At the moment those two traditional tastes are all HIT fans have to choose from, although it does look like more options are on the way. Images of at least two more tastes have surfaced which both sound a lot more interesting than Chocolate and Vanilla Shake, with Pumpkin Spice and Pound Cake.

HIT Core Whey has as mentioned been launched this week, with the protein powder now available at the major retailer Bodybuilding.com. Currently it comes in just the one 2lb tub for $29.99, however to help with the release Bodybuilding.com has given it a bit of a deal. For a limited time when you purchase Core Whey you’ll automatically get 30% off, turning the grass-fed whey formula into a very competitive $21 2lb.
