Outlift RTD just like the powder without Creapure and less caffeine

outlift rtd

Following yesterday’s big reveal of its upcoming on-the-go spin-off, the Outlift RTD. Nutrex has confirmed the full list of ingredients in the premixed supplement, and it is as promised, a packed out pre-workout. Based on what the brand was saying, we suspected that it had simply taken its powder Outlift formula and put it into an RTD. We now know that is exactly what Nutrex has done, although it has left behind one ingredient and lowered another.

Basically the Outlift RTD features everything that the original powder does except for its 3g of Creapure creatine monohydrate. All of the other ingredients are in there including citrulline malate, taurine, BCAAs, and CarnoSyn beta-alanine. There is also as mentioned a lower amount of an ingredient, which is the caffeine. The stimulant is of course still in there, however it’s dosed slightly less at 300mg instead of 350mg.

Looking at the two changes we feel it’d be safe to say if you’re an Outlift fan there is a good chance you’re going to like the Outlift RTD. The overall formula is pretty much the same, in fact it may even be better suited for you if you’re taking a separate creatine and/or prefer lighter amounts of caffeine.
