Sidewalk Kraka Review: CT Fletcher mindset in powder form

sidewalk kraka review

Sidewalk Kraka is one of CT Fletcher’s four supplements from his Iron Addicts brand, which sits in the extremely competitive pre-workout category. We’ve now found out first hand that unlike a lot of other products in that category, Sidewalk Kraka is extremely effective and delivers an experience that you won’t forget.

For today’s Sidewalk Kraka review we ran the supplement for a number of weeks, which is a little longer than usual. The main reason we felt we needed to use it for a few more workouts was because its performance just seemed too good to be true. As it turned out though, the pre-workout is the real deal and delivers an incredible experience every time.

Complete experience

Sidewalk Kraka basically has it all, it packs a strong dose of energy, an alright pump, intense focus, and a nice boost in performance. It does take a bit longer than most pre-workouts to start working after you drink it, however once its rush of energy hits you, it’s game on.

0 to 100 energy

A lot of the time for us, the supplement kicked in during the first few sets of a workout. You almost immediately go from 0 to 100, and just feel the need to start lifting heavier and knock out more reps. The energy from Sidewalk Kraka is more than enough to make sure your body is capable of the extra work, although only until the focus side of the product comes on.

Strong focus

When the mental enhancement of Sidewalk Kraka starts working its magic one or two exercises into your workout, that’s when the whole thing becomes unforgettable. While the rush of energy makes you want to lift heavier and longer, the focus encourages you to continue climbing. The two effects combined really turn you into a machine, that’ll guarantee you don’t leave the gym without going beyond your best for an exercise or two.

Small performance boost

The little extra performance boost that’s in Sidewalk Kraka comes in handy in between sets, as it tends speeds up the amount of rest time your body requires. You’ll find that even when you give into the intense energy’s urge to do another set so close to your last, that the weights and reps you knock out won’t suffer.

Light, but dense pump

While all of the energy, focus, and performance is ensuring you don’t waste a single second of your workout. There is one more effect to Sidewalk Kraka and that is pump. It’s not as impressive as the energy or focus, but noticeable nonetheless. The supplement helps create a slightly more dense pump, which mostly stands out because it builds even when you’re not trying to get one going.

CT Fletcher mindset

The craziest thing about the entire Sidewalk Kraka experience is that all of our reviewers kind of summed it up the same way. When you’re on the pre-workout it actually feels like you’ve got the aggression and mindset you see CT Fletcher promoting in a lot of his training videos. It’s that ISYMFS (it’s still your muthafuckin’ set) philosophy that has you not wanting to waste a single set.

Sidewalk Kraka summary

It’s definitely the focus part of Sidewalk Kraka that stands out the most, although the fact that the energy gives you the power to match that mindset obviously means it is just as powerful. The pump is a nice bonus effect and the performance boost is also good to have, but both of those do have their downsides. The pump doesn’t really get any better when you try it with higher reps and smaller muscle groups, and the rest improvement from the performance doesn’t stand up that well when you push it a handful of sets in a row.

While Sidewalk Kraka isn’t the best with its pump and performance, you won’t be disappointed at all with how good its energy and focus are together. It is as mentioned like having a drinkable version of the CT Fletcher mindset, that will make sure you do your sets and you don’t leave the gym until you’re as destroyed as you know CT would want.
