A couple of days ago Run Everything Labs launched two products, one was the entirely new sleep supplement REM, and the other was a new flavor for the brand’s pump pre-workout with Rainbow Candy STW. It turns out there is a little more to the STW release than a new flavor, as it has also brought with it a different formula.
Surprisingly, Run Everything has made a lot of changes to its pump pre-workout STW including removing ingredients, altering doses, and adding some new features. The updated version still promises enhanced pumps, but now also energy and focus.
The added benefits have of course come at a cost, as mentioned some of STW’s previous ingredients have been removed or had their doses lowered. The features no longer in the product are epicatechin, norvaline, and n-methyl-d-aspartic acid. The only parts remaining are citrulline malate which now provides a gram of pure citrulline instead of 1.66g, and agmatine which is halved to 500mg per serving.
The new additions to Run Everything Labs STW are 700mg each of HydroMax and choline dl-bitartrate, 2g of creatine monohydrate, 1.5g of beta-alanine, and 300mg of DMAE. There is also the powerful PeakO2 performance blend in the updated supplement, however it’s dosed at just 300mg per serving, a lot less than the 2g we’re used to seeing like in Scivation Quake and Granite’s Adamantium Aminos.
It’ll certainly be interesting to see how this one performs compared to the original, especially since it has been changed quite a bit and now promises energy and focus as well as pumps.
