Just as we suspected, the supplement Myprotein recently started teasing for its UK line has turned out to be the originally US released blend protein powder, TheWhey. Today the major international brand has officially made its new standard in protein available through its main website.
It appears Myprotein has kept the formula very much the same as the US version, using a blend of whey isolate, concentrate, and hydrolysate, mixed with a branded digestive enzyme complex called MyZyme. While the formulas are quite similar, the list of options TheWhey has launched with in the UK, are a bit different.
While in the US Myprotein’s TheWhey comes in two tub sizes, 30 and 60 servings, currently at myprotein.com you’ll only find a 30 serving listed. The product’s flavors, however, are much more familiar, although for a limited time you can get a freebie with some of them.
