Altus unveils its transparent, Velositol infused, grass-fed whey isolate

Altus Premier Maxx Protein

The still relatively small, but growing supplement company Altus Premier Nutrition, more simply known as APN. Has expanded its family of products this month with an entry into one of the most competitive categories in the industry.

The all-new supplement from APN is a high-quality protein powder called Maxx Protein. It is an isolate competitor featuring fast absorbing, grass-fed whey isolate as its only protein source. The supplement also joins the small number of transparent proteins on the market, as the product lists the exact amount of whey isolate you get in each serving with 27.8g, yielding 25g of actual protein.

APN has also thrown in an extra ingredient into Maxx Protein with 2g of the patented Velositol to boost muscle protein synthesis. Velositol is actually said to double the increase of protein synthesis compared to whey protein alone, for more growth, lean mass, and faster recovery.

While Altus Premier Nutrition’s new protein powder Maxx Protein is now listed on its website, you’ll notice that at the moment, it is out of stock. That is due to change in the new year as the brand plans on making Maxx Protein available on January 1st in the one 2lb Vanilla flavor for $39.99.
