FSB is a quality sports nutrition company in Mexico, and while you don’t typically get robust formulas in South America, this one does a damn good job at pushing the boundaries and offering quite the extensive variety. The two areas the brand really drives home are protein powder and pre-workout. In the protein space, FSB has a couple of competitors with different flavor approaches, and in pre-workout, it has six to choose from.
FSB keeps it nice and straightforward with its protein powders, letting you choose between the whey concentrate-based WPC or premium whey isolate-powered WPI. The cost-effective concentrate is where you get the most variety in taste with standard options, a gourmet selection, crunchy cereal-inspired creations, and a playful variant for kids.
The pre-workout category things get even more interesting at FSB with various stimulant-powered competitors, an edible performance supplement in Sweet Fuel, stimulant-free, and a premium pre-workout. King Cobra looks to be the brand’s most comprehensive entry, packing 3.2g of high-quality CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 4g of pure citrulline and 1.5g of Nitrosigine for pumps, and 1.2g of German Creapure creatine. There is just as much for focus and energy in tyrosine, choline bitartrate, and a moderate 100mg of caffeine.
FSB’s other pre-workouts are not to be ignored either, in Death Bite, you get a double dosage of CarnoSyn beta-alanine at 6.4g, lower citrulline at 1.8g, 250mg of arginine, and 600mg of tyrosine for focus. Natrix is another item worth looking at outside of the pre-workout category, combining a scalable 300mg of ashwagandha and half a gram of GABA with absorption-enhancing black pepper, to improve rest and relaxation.
