A new size of Oh Yeah! Nutrition’s very popular protein bar has surfaced that’s perfect for those who want protein on the go, but not as much as 20g per bar. The size is being referred to as the One Bar Mini, which is, of course, a miniature version of the protein-packed One Bar.
Oh Yeah’s new One Bar Mini is less than half the size of the regular One Bar, weighing in at 25g compared to 60g. The macros are also a lot lighter with 8g of protein from whey and milk isolate, 3.5g of fat (2g saturated fat), 10g of carbohydrates with less than a gram of the sugar, and a total of 92 calories.
At the moment there appear to be just two flavors for the One Bar Mini with Birthday Cake and Peanut Butter Pie. While both are currently listed over at Amazon, only Peanut Butter Pie is in stock and available for purchase at $29.99 for a full box of 30 One Bar Minis.
