5% Nutrition KTCO Bar is a high protein, low carb snack for keto dieters

Rich Piana’s 5% Nutrition has unveiled an all-new protein bar, similar to its current Real Food (RF) Bar, but at the same time slightly different. The brand is referring to the product as the KTCO Bar, which based on its packaging we can confirm stands for Knock The Carb Out Bar.

As per the name of 5% Nutrition’s new protein snack, the KTCO Bar intends to separate itself from the RF Bar by having a low amount of carbohydrates with 5 to 6g of net carbs. It will also be high in protein with 20g per bar, with the nutritional profile intended to make the product suitable for a ketogenic diet.

Where the similarities between the 5% Nutrition KTCO Bar and the original RF Bar come in, is that the brand’s new snack is also made with only natural ingredients. The KTCO Bar actually uses the same primary source of protein as the RF Bar with egg whites.

The only other details we have to share for 5% Nutrition’s second protein bar at the moment, is that it’s due to release soon and is coming in two different flavors. The two options are both chocolate chip infused recipes with Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Double Dark Chocolate Chip.
