Bhu Foods has launched an all-new edible product called the Keto Protein Bar. As its name suggests, the new release is a protein bar featuring a nutrition profile built with ketogenic dieters in mind.
The macros for the Bhu Keto Protein Bar, do vary across each of its cookie dough flavors which are Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia, and Double Dark Chocolate. Their nutrition numbers are 11/14/8g (choc chip/white choc/dark choc) of protein, 14/15/15g of carbohydrates with 1/2/1g of that sugar and 10/9/12g of fiber, 15/12/18g of fat, and a calorie total of 200/190/220.
As you can see, the macros are very different for each of the Keto Protein Bar flavors. They are all also said to taste quite delicious with the Chocolate Chip apparently like a mouth-watering spoonful of cookie batter, and the Double Dark Chocolate described as a creamy, gooey, rich chocolate.
There are actually a few other features worth mentioning for the Bhu Keto Protein Bar that you won’t find in a lot of other protein snacks. The product uses a non-GMO and vegan protein source with organic pea protein, and it has no artificial flavors or sweeteners.
