This week Halo Top is celebrating the one year anniversary of its first ever Scoop Shop that opened in November of last year. That store is located at the Westfield shopping center in Topanga, Canoga Park and is now one of three Halo Top Scoop Shops after the brand opened another two earlier this year.
To celebrate the anniversary, all day tomorrow at the Westfield Topanga Halo Top Scoop Shop, customers can get size upgrades completely free. By the sounds of things all you need to do to get in on the promotion is just head down to the store and order from the brand’s delicious menu.
