The plant-based brand Vega has introduced a new, smooth and light textured protein supplement that is quite different from most others in the competitive protein category. The product actually confirms its point of difference right in its title which is Vega Protein and Energy.
The latest Vega creation is as its title explains, a combination of protein powder and energy. Taking care of the protein side of things, the supplement features a good amount of pea protein to provide 20g of protein per serving along with 6g of carbohydrates, 5g of fat, and a total of 160 calories.
As for the ingredients that make Vega Protein and Energy a bit different, alongside that pea protein there is 3g of MCT oil and 100mg of caffeine from organic coffee fruit. The latest from Vega is also vegan certified, non-GMO, gluten-free, low-glycemic, and features no dairy or soy ingredients.
