Yamamoto releases its uncoated and low sugar Performance Bar

yamamoto nutrition performance bar

The Italian supplement company Yamamoto Nutrition, who has some big name athletes on its team such as the seven-time 212 Olympia Champ Flex Lewis. Has introduced an all-new protein bar this week with the uncoated, protein-packed snack, the Performance Bar.

We’re not entirely certain what the product itself actually looks like, only that as mentioned, it is an uncoated protein bar. What we do know is that it’s made with milk protein, a low amount of sugar, and doesn’t feature any hydrogenated fats, hydrolyzed collagen or palm oil.

A single Yamamoto Nutrition Performance Bar weighs in at 50g and provides 19g of protein, 5.5g of fat, 7.5g of carbohydrates, less than a gram of sugar, and only 161 calories. The nutrition profile of this one is, in fact, quite lean, as most bars that have 20g of protein have around 200 to 220 calories.

Yamamoto Nutrition’s latest supplement release comes in three uncoated flavors with Almond, Pistachio, and a more common Chocolate option. The Performance Bar is now in stock and available for purchase from the brand’s Italian online store at yamamotonutrition.com for €45 (51.03 USD) per 12 bar box.
