The brand from IFBB Pro Jeff Long Like A Pro Supplements, has revamped its pre-workout product and brought it here to this year’s Arnold Classic Expo. The updated supplement features a completely refreshed formula that still of course, packs a variety of reliable ingredients along with solid dosing.
The reformulated pre-workout includes a total of 11 different ingredients to help increase energy, and most of all, enhance mental focus and muscle pumps. Jeff Long’s Like A Pro does keep everything in its products completely transparent, so the new pre-workout does list out the doses of each of its ingredients.
The Like A Pro pre-workout packs the pump ingredients citrulline malate at 6g with a 1:1 ratio, 1.5g of agmatine, and 3g of the branded GlycerPump glycerol. There are also a bunch of other features such as 600mg of alpha-GPC, 2g of PeakO2, and based on Jeff Long’s personal preference, a light 125mg of caffeine.
As mentioned, Like A Pro Supplements has brought its all-new pre-workout to the Arnold Classic Expo for both sampling and purchasing. You can also now buy it directly from the brand’s online store at $59.99 for a full-size 30 serving tub, with the same three flavors as the previous version.
