5% Nutrition announces two new flavors for its one-year-old KTCO Bar

chocolate chip cookie dough knock the carb out bar

Just over one year ago Rich Piana’s supplement company 5% Nutrition introduced its second protein bar with the keto marketed Knock The Carb Out Bar (KTCO Bar). The product is a high protein and high fat snack with relatively low net carbohydrates and is currently only available in the same two flavors it launched in.

Sometime very soon 5% Nutrition is finally going to add to its KTCO Bar menu of Dark Chocolate Chip and the 30% more calorie dense Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. The brand has put together two flavors for the high protein and high fat snack and just like the first two, they both incorporate chocolate in some way.

5% Nutrition’s first new flavors for the KTCO Bar are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and a rather unique sounding Chocolate Coconut Almond. The products also feature varying nutrition profiles similar to the other two with the Cookie Dough having 16g of protein and 7g of net carbs, and Coconut Almond with 17g and 2g.
