Ghost has been on a pretty consistent run this year when it comes to new flavors, seeing a number of new options added to previously released supplements. This week it has confirmed even more of that for the next couple of months with a total of three new flavors on the way for some of the best products in its line.
Due to launch somewhere between the months of July and August from the original lifestyle brand, is a brightly branded Grapefruit Ghost Legend. There is also going to be a sweet new Pineapple flavor for the category-leading pump pre-workout Ghost Pump, and a Lime flavor for the reliable and effective Ghost Size.
While the Grapefruit Ghost Legend does sound quite enjoyable, we are more excited for the other two, purely because in our minds they are the best in their categories. Ghost Pump essentially made us create a top five list for pump pre-workouts, which it sits atop of, and Ghost Size is by far the best creatine we’ve ever tried.
