Ready-to-drink version of MRE Lite due to release at the end of the year

mre lite rtd

Fans of Redcon1 are getting another ready-to-drink product before the end of the year, with the Total War RTD currently being its only on-the-go offering. The brand has revealed it is working on an RTD version of its unqiue MRE Lite protein powder made with beef, salmon, brown rice, chicken, and egg protein.

Redcon1’s RTD version of MRE Lite is apparently going to be a lot like the original powder and made with the same five sources of protein mentioned above. We’re not sure on the product’s exact nutrition profile just yet, although also like the original, the MRE Lite will have a variety of flavors to choose from.

The options Redcon1 has in the works for the launch of the MRE Lite RTD are Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Chip Oatmeal, Peanut Butter Cookie, and Snickerdoodle. Those are all flavors from the MRE Lite protein powder, which should give it a familiar feel for fans of the original when it arrives later this year.
