Last week Enlightened shared a teaser for a pumpkin-inspired flavor of its protein ice cream. That teaser has turned out to be the return of the brand’s Barista Collection. For those who are not familiar with that, it was Enlightened’s fall-inspired trio of limited edition ice cream released last year to mark the season.
This year the collection has returned, but instead of three flavors, it is down to two. Enlightened has brought back its fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte as well as White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha. The brand has also confirmed the limited edition Barista Collection will be available for purchase for the rest of 2019.
If you want to get your hands on Enlightened’s special edition, Barista Collection ice cream sooner rather than later, it is now available for purchase directly from the brand’s website as well as supermarkets such as Fairway and Sprouts.
