Muscle Nation gets a bit creative with its second protein powder

Custard Casein Protein is the second protein powder from the clothing company Muscle Nation that jumped into the supplement market earlier this year. The name of the product is based on how the brand suggests fans to make it, as it isn’t your typical powder that you mix together with water for a quick protein shake.

Muscle Nation’s second competitor for the saturated protein market is as per its title; a protein powder that you can make a custard-like treat out of. The brand instructs users to take two scoops of Custard Casein Protein and mix it in a bowl with just over 100ml of milk or water to create a delicious and lean, high protein custard.

The macros on Muscle Nation’s Custard Casein Protein starts with a strong 27g of protein per two-scoop serving, primarily coming from slow digesting casein. Alongside the protein, you get 4g of carbohydrates with only 2.3g of that sugar, 1.8g of fat with added MCTs as the main source, and finally, a lean total of 140 calories.

Being such a tasty looking supplement, it’s no surprise that Muscle Nation has put together quite the variety of flavors for its dessert-style Custard Casein Protein. The protein product’s menu includes Chocolate Hazelnut, Coconut Caramel, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Banana, and a much more traditional Vanilla.

Muscle Nation’s Custard Casein Protein has been available from stores and stockists in Australia for several weeks now, with most places pricing it at around $70 (47.90 USD) for a 25 serving tub.
