Grenade upgrades Reload with a tasty, high-protein two-piece treat

Grenade has announced an all-new protein snack today, and it is very much what we thought it might be based on yesterday’s vague teaser images. The reliable and reputable functional brand from the UK has unveiled an exciting new version of its original Reload Protein Flapjack with the Reload Protein Oat Bar.

Each pack of Grenade’s latest snack comes with two 35g bars that are high in protein, low in sugar, and made with wholegrain oats, milk protein, and various nut butters. The tasty mix of ingredients gives the Reload Protein Oat Bar a very different build and body compared to Grenade’s previous Reload product.

The Reload Protein Oat Bar features a crumbly, oaty center with a solid coat of flavor covering most of its bottom, and delicious bits and pieces sprinkled across the top. Grenade’s latest snack comes in three flavors with Blueberry Muffin, Chocolate Chunk, and the caramel treat, Billionaires Shortbread.

The nutrition profile on each of the two pieces per pack varies between flavor with 8.1 to 8.5g of protein, 11 to 12g of carbohydrates, less than 2g of sugar, just under 5g of fat, and 114 to 119 calories. You can grab Grenade’s Reload Protein Oat Bar starting today from its UK and European websites at £1.99/€2.29 each.
