Peak and Power is an all-new product due to launch from IFBB Pro Jeff Long’s supplement company Like A Pro, on Thursday the 2nd of next month. It’ll have 30 full servings per tub, and be available in two flavors with Blackberry Lemonade and Grape Popsicle, as well as a more convenient and stackable Unflavored option.
As for what Jeff Long and Like A Pro’s Peak and Power is exactly, it’s an advanced creatine-based product, combining tried and true creatine with other essential ingredients to support strength, performance, recovery, and power. The creatine in the supplement is premium and patented Creapure creatine monohydrate dosed at its usual 5g per serve.
The other ingredients making up a full serving of Like A Pro’s Peak and Power include the performance supporting CarnoSyn beta-alanine and the PeakO2 blend at 4g and 2g, respectively. The remaining four features are a gram of taurine, half a gram of VitaCherry tart cherry for recovery, 300mg of ElevATP, and 50mg AstraGin to improve absorption.
