The typically simple, European supplement brand MST Nutrition, has released a new joint support formula, featuring a lot more than its usual straightforward products. The supplement is named after the three common joint health ingredients with ‘Glucosamine, Chondroitin + MSM’, although while it may seem like it, those are not the only compounds in the product.
MST Nutrition’s latest supplement combines the power of the classics glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM with the amino acid proline and hyaluronic acid. The dosages on the ingredients, all included to support joint health, are 1.5g of glucosamine per three-tablet serving, 1.2g each of chondroitin and MSM, 60mg of hyaluronic acid, then finally, 45mg of proline.
MST Nutrition’s relatively well-rounded Glucosamine, Chondroitin + MSM is now available in Europe with 90 tablets per bottle, which is enough for the usual amount of 30 servings.
