NeuroPump from MST gives consumers a pre-workout full of pumps and a pinch of focus

Mst Nutrition Neuropump

The team at MST Nutrition, fresh off exhibiting at this year’s FIBO convention in Cologne, Germany, has something new for the European market, and it is quite an intricate innovation. The brand has revealed and released NeuroPump, which explains what it’s all about in its name, as it indeed combines nootropics for focus and ingredients for pumps. It is more of a specialized pre-workout compared to your standard effort, with no stimulants for energy and minimal performance support.

MST Nutrition’s NeuroPump has plenty on the pump-powering side of things with 2.5g of betaine, 3g of GlycoPump glycerol, a sizeable 9g of citrulline malate, 5.6g of that being actual citrulline, pomegranate, and the S7 blend at 60mg. Moving over to the nootropic portion of the pre-workout, there isn’t anywhere near as much, at least not enough to justify the name, with realistically, just half a gram of the focus-enhancing mushroom extract, lion’s mane.

NeuroPump also has a bit of performance support, actually more than focus, with an extremely light 800mg of beta-alanine, a moderate 1.5g of taurine, and half a gram of cordyceps. Surprisingly, despite the name of the MST Nutrition innovation screaming focus and pumps, it’s mostly pumps and performance, with a touch of focus and cognition, but definitely no energy.

NeuroPump from MST Nutrition is out now in its home market of Europe, in tubs of 20 maximum servings, which is far fewer than the traditional 30, but if you train five times a week and throw this down every workout, it’ll get you through a standard month. The supplement is an interesting development, where the brand steps outside of the usual pre-workout formula, even for Europe, and essentially offers a mushroom-driven formula with a few common components thrown in.
