The consistently creative company has also released Keto Granola, which is as self-explanatory as its noodles. Keto Granola is exactly as it’s titled; the brand’s take on classic granola with a keto-friendly spin.
Kiss My Keto’s Keto Granola is made with a variety of clean ingredients that varies from flavor to flavor, although its consistent ingredients include dried coconut, sunflower seeds, almonds, MCTs, and tapioca fiber. The product is available in four flavors with Peanut Butter and Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla, Salted Caramel, and Coconut, Almond, Pecan.
The macros on Kiss My Keto’s latest keto-friendly effort changes slightly from flavor to flavor, like the ingredients. On the carbohydrate side of the product, you get 10 to 11g total per 30g serving, although just a gram of that is sugar and 6g fiber, working out to 2 to 3g of net carbs. You then have 3 to 4g of protein, a moderate 13 to 14g of fat, and 150 to 160 calories.
