Myprotein brings together a blend of nuts and beans for its latest snack

myprotein nuts mix

Myprotein has a simple new snack available this week, with a type of food you will have come across before. The product is named ‘Nuts Mix’, which is a mixture of various nuts and beans, available in BBQ, Salt & Pepper, and Chili & Lime flavors. It does say ‘high protein’ on the front, although it doesn’t have any significant protein sources, so it’s more of a naturally high protein snack.

The ingredients that go into Myprotein’s Nut Mix vary from flavor to flavor, for example, the Salt & Pepper flavor is made with edamame beans while the Chili & Lime has black and white soya beans as well as edamame. The nuts are also different, with Chili & Lime again having cashews and peanuts in its bag, while Salt & Pepper has almonds and no cashews.

The macros on the Salt & Pepper Nut Mix from Myprotein include a light 4.8g of protein per bag, 5.3g of carbohydrates with 1.4g of that sugar, 5g of fat, and 92 calories. Like the ingredients, those numbers do differ from flavor to flavor, but only slightly. You can grab the international brand’s newest snack from its main website at myprotein.com in boxes of 12 at £14.99 (19.88 USD).
