The supplement includes ingredients for a relatively balanced blend of benefits with increased energy, focus, pumps, and performance, although a lot of those ingredients are dosed lower than what we typically like to see.
Efectiv Pre comes with ten main ingredients, alongside a couple of b vitamins.
