First-ever protein from Red Dragon featuring DigeZyme and a very unique flavor

Quickly following last month’s release of its amino supplement Dragon Fuel, Australian brand Red Dragon Nutritionals has introduced Dragon Whey, its first-ever protein powder. The product is certainly a welcome addition to the lineup, as the brand already covers most of the windows around a workout, including before and during with its pre-workout and amino.

Red Dragon Nutritionals has packed Dragon Whey with an isolate-dominant blend of whey isolate, whey concentrate, and calcium caseinate. The protein sources combine to provide a solid 25.5g of protein per serving, with the rest of the nutrition profile being fairly typical in 1.5g of fat, 3.6g of carbohydrates with 3.2g of that sugar, and a calorie count of 131.

To make the supplement stand out a little more in the extremely saturated protein powder market, Red Dragon Nutritionals has enhanced Dragon Whey with the premium DigeZyme enzyme blend for better digestion. The product is also arriving in a variety of flavors with traditional Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream, a fruit-themed Banana Ice Cream, and a unique Hokey Pokey.

That fourth flavor of Dragon Whey, Hokey Pokey, is a flavor of ice cream originally from Australia’s neighboring country New Zealand, which traditionally is vanilla ice cream combined with small balls of honeycomb toffee. Red Dragon Nutritionals’ protein powder is launching in stores across Australia in the last week of the month with international markets to follow.
