A few months ago, Barbell Brigade confirmed it would be coming out with a protein powder later this year, planning to have it ready and available sometime in November. Tomorrow, the gym, apparel, and supplement brand is following through on that promise from August and coming out with its first-ever protein powder, simply named Barbell Brigade Protein.
While we had our suspicions about how the team at Barbell Brigade would approach the highly competitive and incredibly saturated protein market, its entry into the space has turned out to be relatively straightforward. Barbell Brigade Protein is powered by premium, ultra-filtered whey isolate, providing 25g of protein per serving, with zero fat, 2g of carbohydrates, and 110 calories.
It is quite a clean and lean supplement that is also naturally sweetened with stevia and is due to launch in only one flavor to start. That initial flavor is one of the three the brand said it would release back in August with Horchata. As mentioned, Barbell Brigade Protein is going to become available tomorrow, directly through the brand’s website, at $33 for a tub of 30 servings.
