Flow Supplements has launched its all-new protein powder Pure Plant Protein and its third flavor of Protein Plus for Black Friday, as it promised earlier in the week. The new addition to the brand’s Protein Plus menu is quite different from either of the traditional tastes already available in Brownie Batter and Salted Vanilla Caramel, with Lemon Cookie.

As for details on Flow Supplements Pure Plant Protein, as previously confirmed, it is a plant-based, vegan-friendly protein powder just like Protein Plus. We suspected the difference to be that it’s a simpler product, not featuring all of the extras in Protein Plus. With Pure Plant Protein now available, we can confirm that is indeed the case.

Flow Supplements’ second plant protein powder comes with 19 to 20g of protein per serving, similar to its first for the category, and coming from the same sources of protein in pea, watermelon, and pumpkin. Those sources are all also transparently dosed, with pea protein providing 15 of that 20g of protein, watermelon protein 3g, and the pumpkin protein 2g.

The rest of the nutrition profile in Flow Supplements Pure Plant Protein consists of 5g of carbohydrates, 2.5g of fat, zero sugar, and 120 calories, with slight differences across its three flavors. The tastes fans have to choose from for the product are Chocolate Truffle, Blueberry Pancakes, and Oatmeal Cookie, all naturally flavored and sweetened.

Basically, Pure Plant Protein is just like Flow Supplements’ original Protein Plus, with a similar macro balance and the same sources, although it doesn’t have the added EAAs. You can grab Pure Plant Protein from the brand’s website at $69.95 for a tub of 30 servings, or if get in before Monday, you can take advantage of Flow’s Black Friday sale and save 35% using the code ‘TG35’.
