The long-awaited, functional debut from the reputable and consistent Morphogen Nutrition has arrived today, with the high-protein Morphobar. The product is made with an all-natural set of ingredients, including whey isolate and concentrate for protein, honey, peanut butter, and protein-packed crispy pieces, all squeezed into a relatively traditional, uncoated, bare protein bar.
The highly-anticipated launch of Morphogen Nutrition’s Morphobar has finally brought with it the reveal of its somewhat typical macros. It has a full 20g of protein per bar, just a little more than that in carbohydrates at 22g with 12g of that sugar, 9g of fat, and a calorie count of 230. As mentioned, the nutrition profile is relatively typical, featuring a similar macro balance to other bars, with the key difference being it’s all-natural.
Morphogen Nutrition has introduced the Morphobar in just one flavor to start in Peanut Butter Honey, with a box priced at $48, which is expensive for a protein bar, but you do get 16 in a box instead of the usual 12. While Peanut Butter Honey is currently Morphobar’s only flavor, the brand is listing two others as out of stock in White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Maple Nut.
