GymBeam follows FueSix with the more nutritionally-dense FueGain

Popular European supplement retailer and brand GymBeam has another “Fue” named product to introduce this month, and like the one we recently posted about in FueSix, it is a protein powder. The other new supplement from GymBeam for its impressively extensive and gradually growing lineup is “FueGain”, which true to its name, is a mass gainer packing a lot more calories compared to FueSix.

GymBeam’s FueGain comes with 36g of protein from a blend of whey concentrate and isolate, and micellar casein, and almost twice that in carbohydrates at 70g, with 25g of that sugar. The amount of fat in the supplement is much lower than the protein and carbs at only 2.8g, giving FueGain a calorie count of 446. All of those numbers are based on a single serving, which you can adjust to your liking, whether it be half for 223 calories or doubled to 892.

To make FueGain a little more complete and comprehensive, GymBeam has thrown a bunch of extras into the product, including 2.4g of creatine monohydrate, free form BCAAs, and a blend of vitamins and minerals. As with all of the brand and retailer’s supplements, FueGain is available first and now, through GymBeam’s online store at a reasonable €27.95 (33.21 USD) in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry flavors.
