Spanish supplement company Big has been pushing quite intensely with its special edition collaboration with the legendary manga and anime One Piece since they first got together for a Luffy-themed flavor of its Only Whey protein powder. The brand has done other character-based flavors since then, including two for its standalone creatine, and they’re rolling in again this week with a broader One Piece flavor collaboration.
While Big’s previous One Piece products have centered around specific characters, its latest is a bit different, as it’s promoting the franchise’s entire lineup. The launch actually has artwork from the most recent season of the anime, Egghead Island, and it makes for one colorful label design. As for what’s inside, the latest Big and One Piece collaboration is another flavor of the whey concentrate-based Only Whey.
The flavor of this one is interesting for a protein powder of this type in tropical sour bubblegum, which sounds more like a clear whey experience, but this is your more traditional protein powder. The macros are like other flavors of Only Whey with 20g of protein a serving, 4g of carbohydrates, most of that sugar, 1.5g of fat, and 112 calories, and it’s available now, but be quick as the brand has only produced 7,000 units.
