Keto-friendly brand Kiss My Keto has expanded its tasty gummy snack, which up until this week came in the one format of a bag of fruit-flavored gummy bears featuring keto-friendly macros. A single 23g bag of the product has zero fat, 15g of carbohydrates with only 2g of that sugar and 2g of net carbohydrates, only a gram of protein, and an impressively low 40 calories.
The expansion to Kiss My Keto’s gummy snack is another format with berry-flavored gummy fish called Fish Friends. It has a similar nutrition profile to the original gummy bears, although notably, there are a lot more gummies in Fish Friends. Each bag of the brand’s new product weighs 50g with no protein and fat, 37g of carbohydrates, although only 2g of net carbs and 80 calories.
The price of Kiss My Keto’s keto-friendly Fish Friends on its website is the same as the gummy bears at $19.99 per box, although you don’t get as many bags in the box. Fish Friends has only half as many at six bags instead of the gummy bear’s dozen, which is to be expected; as mentioned, the individual bags have more than twice as much weight in gummies at 50g versus 23g.
