Carb Killa becomes a protein ice cream bar in two mouthwatering flavors

Grenade has made a surprise announcement today, and while it may seem too good to be true, especially on April Fools’ Day, it is indeed not a joke. The hugely popular functional food brand has introduced another product in its Carb Killa family of protein snacks and treats with Grenade’s first-ever frozen release, the undoubtedly amazing Carb Killa Ice Cream Bar.

The Carb Killa Ice Cream Bar is a delicious ice cream bar, topped with a gooey layer of flavor, and all covered in sweet and hard white or milk chocolate. Being a Carb Killa product, it is also high in protein and low in sugar, with each ice cream bar packing 6.5 to 6.9g of protein, 7.1 to 8.1g of carbohydrates with 1.7g or less of that sugar, 7.5 to 9.2g of fat, and 120 to 137 calories.

Those lower nutrition numbers mentioned belong to Grenade’s White Chocolate Cookie Carb Killa Ice Cream Bar featuring vanilla-flavored ice cream, gooey chocolate, cookie crumbs, and a white chocolate outer. There is just one other flavor for the product in Peanut Nutter, which has caramel ice cream, a gooey layer of caramel, and peanuts, covered in milk chocolate.

Looking at the images of the Carb Killa Ice Cream Bar and reading its description, it sounds like a dream come true, especially being fans of the product since launch and even suggested turning it into an ice cream. The frozen Carb Killa protein snack is available now in the UK from the major supermarket Tescos, and it’s not all that expensive at £5 (6.92 USD) for a box of four.
