Nutrend, which is a hugely popular and widely available brand in the Czech Republic, has something new and different this week with the simply named Protein Pudding. The product is precisely what you think it is; a powder supplement for you to make high-protein pudding at home, and like most of the brand’s items, it comes in a tasty selection of flavors.
Nutrend’s Protein Pudding is primarily made with milk isolate, whey concentrate, and whey isolate to give it that high amount of protein, which sits at a solid 27g per serving. The product’s other macros are impressively lean with around 3g of carbohydrates, about 2g of that sugar, 1.5g of fat, and a calorie count of 139 to 141, depending on the flavor.
