Nutrend gets on the protein cookie dough trend and throws in delicious chocolate bits

Nutrend Protein Cookie Dough

Since the Australian brand Adonis burst onto the scene and made a name for itself with its protein powder that turns into a dense and doughy protein cookie dough, we’ve seen several brands in Europe make something similar. Adonis wasn’t the first, but it certainly propelled that type of product to new heights, and the latest to drop its version of that is the giant Czech brand, Nutrend, with Protein Cookie Dough.

Nutrend makes its Protein Cookie Dough with milk protein plus some delicious chocolate bits for an authentic eating experience. You make it like all other protein cookie doughs or protein powders built to be turned into sludge. Mix a serving or two with a bit of water, then stir together in a bowl until it reaches the desired consistency, and it can be with milk too for easier thickness and an even more convincing taste.

The macros on a serving of Nutrend’s Protein Cookie Dough are similar to others at 20g of muscle-building protein, half of that in carbohydrates at 10g, a low 5g of fat, and 170 calories. It’s pretty standard for this sort of protein supplement, not as lean as a typical protein powder, but the trade-off is a cookie-dough-like dessert. There are two flavors to choose from, both coming in a 20-serving bag in Chocolate and Cookies.
