Since the start of the year, functional brand Legendary Foods has been growing its variety of flavors available for its thicker, creamier, and higher protein Cake Style Tasty Pastry. It was just last month three more options were confirmed for the toaster pastry style snack with Carrot Cake, a classic Cookies and Cream, and finally a dedicated chocolate option in Chocolate Cake.
This week, Legendary Foods has announced another addition to the menu of its Cake Style Tasty Pastry, separate from those other three named last month, although this one is a bit more familiar. The brand has decided to bring over one of the flavors from its original Tasty Pastry lineup in Strawberry, and giving it the thicker, tastier, and more protein-packed Cake Style treatment.
Legendary Foods’ all-new, or at least new take, Strawberry Cake Style Tasty Pastry, packs 20g of protein per pastry alongside 24g of carbohydrates with 5g net carbs, 8g of fat, and a calorie count of 180. The product is available now through the brand’s online store for the same price as its growing number of other Cake Style flavors at $22.32 for a box of eight toaster pastries.
