Introducing Heavy Nation and its cost-effective selection of six supplements

heavy nation supplements

Heavy Nation is an all-new supplement company out of South Africa which has hit the market with a good variety of products, six in total to be exact. Like most newcomers to the industry, Heavy Nation is taking on many of the popular mainstream categories right out of the gate, including pre-workout, amino, protein powder, testosterone booser, and weight loss.

One of the key highlights of Heavy Nation and its lineup of six supplements is price point, and it does come through quite strongly in that area. Most of its products, including the pre-workout Sledge Hammer and pump enhancing Filthy Pump, cost just R299 (22.04 USD). At that price, they obviously aren’t loaded with over-the-top dosages, but they still squeeze in a fair amount.

The formula behind Heavy Nation’s flagship pre-workout Sledge Hammer includes 3g of creatine, a light one gram each of betaine, taurine, and citrulline malate, 1.5g of glycerol, 2.2g of beta-alanine, and 300mg of caffeine. There are 18 servings per tub, so a lot less than the usual 30, and again, one of the main factors is cost, and that is reflected in the formula.

Recovery Juice, Heavy Nation’s amino-based recovery supplement, is another straightforward entry in the lineup. It has 28 servings per tub, each packing a gram each of taurine and glutamine, 600mg of glycine, and a combined 3.6g of eight of the nine EAAs. You can get a closer look at all of the Heavy Nation products on its website, where you can also purchase them.
