Dough Bar transitions its protein cookies into its ongoing family of functional foods

The creative, fun, and best of all, delicious functional food brand, The Dough Bar, known for its original high-protein donuts, has a new staple item to choose from starting this week. The brand has transitioned over its protein-packed Soft Baked Cookies from its beta-testing Prototype Program into its ongoing selection of healthy foods, treats, snacks, and delicacies.

The protein squeezed into a single Soft Baked Cookie from The Dough Bar is 8g, thanks to milk protein being one of its few main ingredients. Alongside that, you get 18g of fat, 15g of carbohydrates with 2g of that working out as net carbohydrates, and 210 calories. Those numbers are consistent across all three of the cookie’s flavors which are Sprinkle, Lemon, and Cocoa.

The product is said to have a truly soft, chewy, and smooth consistency, with sweet flavor, and as mentioned, it’s got a great set of macros for those that like to stay low on carbohydrates. The Dough Bar’s newest staple item is available now through its website at $19.99 for a box of six in any flavor, although if you want to try them all, there two variety bundles.
