Podium puts good dosages into its pre and even more so in its maximum serving

Podium is an all-new and upcoming brand from five-time CrossFit Champion Mat Fraser and the pair of Heber Cannon and Marston Sawyers, better known as the Buttery Bros. The brand is due to launch sometime soon, with three different supplements making up its lineup in a pre-workout, BCAA-based amino, and a great-tasting protein powder.

As we get closer to the debut of Podium, this week, it has unveiled the formula behind its pre-workout, officially named “Fuse”, featuring some impressive dosages, especially in its maximum two-scoop servings. You can see the facts panel below, with a comprehensive formula to support energy, mental focus, muscle pumps, performance, and endurance.

The dosages on the Podium Fuse facts panel are based on one scoop and are very reasonable, although the label says you can throw down as much as two per day. While that does bump up the amounts by double, it also, of course, brings the supplement down from 30 servings per tub to 15.

Those hefty dosages in the two-scoop serving of Podium’s pre-workout include 6.4g of beta-alanine, 8g of pure citrulline, 400mg of caffeine, and 100mg of TeaCrine. The numbers are still reasonable at a single scoop, with 4g of pure citrulline, 150mg of elevATP, the much more common 3.2g of beta-alanine, and a lighter 200mg of caffeine with a few other ingredients also in the mix.

Podium is still saying its line of an amino, protein powder, and the pre-workout Fuse is due to launch in the month of July, which we are currently in. We’ll share more details on the availability when we have them, but for now, the upcoming brand appears to be gradually revealing the formulas and flavors behind each of its supplements, likely all leading to its release.
