Newcomer Day One releases its first pre-workout for a well-rounded performance

day one performance prime pre-workout

Australian and up-and-coming supplement company Day One Performance has released its first-ever pre-workout after originally previewing it a few months ago in May. Prime is the brand’s debut in the popular and highly competitive category, and it is packed full of ingredients to provide the comprehensive experience we’ve come to expect from modern pre-workouts.

Day One Performance has formulated its Prime pre-workout to support energy, mental focus, performance, and pumps, with several ingredients backing up each effect. Some of the highlights the brand has thrown in include 600mg of alpha-GPC for focus, 1.2g of beta-alanine for performance, 2g of GlycerPump for pumps, and the reliable caffeine at a solid 350mg per serving.

Prime from Day One Performance has certainly brought together a robust formula for the Australian market, which did, unfortunately, undergo major changes to its regulations in 2020. The still relatively young brand has launched the pre-workout in two candy-themed flavors, Blue Gummy and Cotton Candy, and they’ll cost you $69.95 (50.76 USD) for a full-size tub of 25 servings.
