Workout Aminos is an intra-workout amino supplement from German brand Foodspring that provides a variety of amino acids in its 20g serving from whey isolate and free amino sources. The product also has a couple of other non-amino ingredients in there to help power you through your training with ginseng and ginkgo, included at 46mg and 40mg, respectively.
Foodspring previously had only one flavor available for Workout Aminos in a traditional Watermelon, which this week has been joined by two other tastes, tripling the size of its selection. Making it a total of three flavors for the product are the fruity recipes Lime and something a little more intriguing in Pineapple Mint, both live now in the brand’s online store.
