Around this time last year, frozen functional food brand Enlightened came out with two special edition flavors of its light, high-protein, and low-calorie ice cream. Those flavors were both themed around the season, with Pumpkin Cheesecake and Peppermint Brownie, and they were put together in partnership with the food content website Delish.
Like many other companies we’ve posted about over the past month or so, Enlightened is bringing back its limited-edition, seasonal ice creams for 2021. You can already purchase Pumpkin Cheesecake and Peppermint Brownie through the brand’s website, and as far as we know, they feature all of the same tastes, flavors, and nutrition as last year.
