Gold Nutrition puts a 1:1 ratio of protein to carbs in its post-workout Muscle Recovery

Gold Nutrition Muscle Recovery

Gold Nutrition out of Europe has released an all-new protein-based supplement separate from its others already on the market, such as Total Whey and Slim Shake. The product is named Muscle Recovery, and it is a comprehensive post-workout packing a good portion of protein at 33g per serving from a blend of whey isolate, concentrate, and hydrolyzed whey.

Alongside the protein, Gold Nutrition’s Muscle Recovery has an almost equal amount of carbohydrates, around 30g with only 3.3g of that sugar, and a calorie count of 270. The supplement gives you all of the necessary nutrition to deliver on its name of supporting and improving muscle recovery and repair, although that isn’t where the post-workout ends.

Gold Nutrition also has a few bonus features in Muscle Recovery with a variety of vitamins and minerals for general health, premium DigeZyme for better digestion, and 4g of Creapure creatine monohydrate. Once again, the product is a solid post-workout formula, covering your nutrition needs with a handful of extras to further support muscle strength and recovery.

Gold Nutrition’s Muscle Recovery is available in Europe in traditional Chocolate and Vanilla flavors, although it doesn’t come with many servings per tub at 12, meaning if you want to scale things up, your serving total may dip below ten.
