Body & Fit puts a unique nootropic twist on the classic energy ball snack

Body Fit Nootropic Energy Balls

Retailer and brand Body & Fit is one of the companies out in Europe that has an absolutely massive selection of supplements, functional foods, health and wellness products, and everything in between. The selection under Body & Fit’s own line dwarfs anything we’ve seen in North America, and it continues it add to it this month with another unique functional item.

Body & Fit has come out with Nootropic Energy Balls, which is an intriguing spin on the classic energy ball snack. While the name of the product does suggest its all about energy and focus, that’s not entirely the case. Nootropic Energy Balls still pack a high-protein nutrition profile thanks to their clean set of ingredients, including dates, nuts, and plant protein sources.

The macros on a pair of Body & Fit’s Nootropic Energy Balls start with 8g of protein, followed by 17g of carbohydrates with 13g of that sugar, 6g of fat, and 155 calories. Then on the other side of the product, the brand has packed a blend of B vitamins, guarana, 50mg of ginseng, 50mg of ashwagandha, and 50mg of caffeine to increase energy and enhance mental focus.

Nootropic Energy Balls from Body & Fit are available in two flavors, Chocolate Biscuit and Strawberry Cheesecake, and as mentioned, they come in bags with two balls in each. Through the brand’s vast online store, you can grab the truly different energy ball snack at €3.99 (4.53 USD) for a single bag or get a box of eight bags for the slightly better €3.37 (3.83 USD).
