GAAM Nutrition from the Swedish retailer Proteinbolaget already has a stimulant-free pump pre-workout available in GAAM Pump, although the formula behind it isn’t all that complex. It is a fairly simple capsule supplement packing 3g of arginine AKG in a four capsule serving, and that is it, although that’s not the case with the new GAAM Pump.
Proteinbolaget’s GAAM Nutrition has released a flavored powder product also named GAAM Pump, but it is not a standalone arginine AKG formula. This time around, the brand has put a lot more into the supplement with highlights such as 2.5g of citrulline malate, 2g of beta-alanine, another 2g of arginine, and a light hit of caffeine at 50mg in a serving.
GAAM Nutrition’s flavored GAAM Pump is a bit more of a comprehensive pump pre-workout, with ingredients for muscle pumps, but also performance, a bit of energy, and it has n-acetyl l-tyrosine in there too for mental focus. The product is available in Sweden directly from Proteinbolaget with several flavors to choose from and 30 servings a tub.
