Rocka Nutrition has followed in the footsteps of the fellow German supplement company ESN with its straightforward and spray-format nighttime product Good Night. It is practically identical in formula to ESN’s obviously titled Sleep Spray, which was released three months ago at the beginning of December of last year, and in three flavors, with Green Apple, Cherry, and Lime Orange.
Rocka Nutrition’s Good Night has one main ingredient, the same as ESN’s Sleep Spray, and at the same dose of 1mg of the ever-reliable and effective melatonin. The difference with Rocka’s melatonin spray is it’s not flavored, at least by the looks of things, and it is available now through the brand’s online store for slightly cheaper than ESN’s effort at €19.99 (21.82 USD) for a 30ml bottle.
