Real Good attacks breakfast with protein-packed meat-filled bites and bowls

Real Good Foods Breakfast Bites And Bowls

The healthy and always creative real food company Real Good Foods has rolled out a couple of new products through its online store, intended to be eaten right at the beginning of your day. They are Breakfast Bowls in two high-protein, low-carbohydrate options and Breakfast Bites, similar to the brand’s delicious Stuffed Chicken Bites but with a breakfast twist.

Real Good Foods Breakfast Bowls and Breakfast Bites actually come in the same two flavors, or at least options with the same combination of foods. There is Meat Lovers Breakfast Bites featuring crispy bites full of scrambled egg, cheddar cheese, sausage, and bacon, and Meat Lovers Breakfast Bowls with all of those ingredients plus cauliflower and cheese tots.

The other items are Sausage Breakfast Bites combining scrambled egg, sausage, and cheddar cheese, and Sausage Breakfast Bowls with once again, all of those same Bites ingredients alongside cauliflower and cheese tots. You can grab any of those products straight from Real Good Foods’ website at $9.99 for a box of 12 bites and $7.99 for a single serving bowl.

The macros are identical between each of the flavors of the respective breakfast products with the Breakfast Bites packing 10g of protein in two bites, 13g of fat, 3g of net carbohydrates, and 170 calories. Real Good Foods’ Breakfast Bowls are larger with obviously more nutrition in 26g of protein, 29g of fat, 7g of net carbs, and 390 calories.
