While winter isn’t for another several months, right at the end of the year, Swedish functional company ProBrands has dropped a winter-themed flavor for its flagship energy drink. Interestingly the product is actually branded as Winter Edition, which, again, is a season that’s still a while away, but that does suggest the flavor is only going to be here for a limited time.
Already out and available in Sweden, from the likes of the sports nutrition retailer Healthy & Fit, is a flavor of ProBrands BCAA-infused energy drink called Big Apple, described as a sweet and wintery green apple creation. It has all of the beverage’s usual key ingredients, including a reasonable 1.5g of BCAAs and a moderate 105mg of caffeine for energy, with no sugar and low calories.
